Made to preserve food ( fresh or cooked), they are equipped with a proper vent valve and they resist against temperatures from -30°C to + 90°C. The vent valve allows the use in microwaves without removing the lid. Pressing on the middle of the lid and re-closing the valve, it is possible to eliminate a lot of air. They comply with food contact rules ( migration test executed according to the D.M. 21.03.73 and following changes).
